By accessing this website and booking an activity, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of **Flexi Kayak**, a unit of Andaman Exotic Holidays.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
- Booking is only confirmed once the full or partial payment (as selected) is successfully processed and an E-Ticket is issued.
- The "Hold" feature is temporary; if payment is not completed before the expiry time, the slot will be released automatically.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as our slots are limited and activities are weather-dependent, we follow a strict cancellation timeline:
- Before 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time, you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund.
- After 24 Hours: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity time (including "No Shows") will result in No Refund (0%).
2. Weather & Safety Cancellations
Kayaking is a weather-dependent activity. For your safety:
- If an activity is cancelled by **Flexi Kayak** due to bad weather, technical issues, or government restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative time slot or a Full Refund.
- The decision of the lead guide regarding safety and weather conditions is final.
3. Health & Physical Fitness
Participants must ensure they are in good health. Individuals with heart conditions, severe back pain, or pregnancy are advised to consult a doctor before kayaking. Alcohol consumption before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Arrival Time
Guests are required to arrive at the specified meeting point (Havelock Jetty or designated beach) at least 60 minutes prior to their slot time. Late arrivals may be treated as No-Shows without a refund.
5. Changes to Terms
Flexi Kayak reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all bookings made after the date of the update.
